When you place an order with WLA, you acknowledge that you are legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, whether or not you have read them. Your purchase confirms that you consent to abide by these terms, including all disclaimers and privacy notices.

Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction to place an order. If we discover that a minor has placed an order, we reserve the right to cancel it and limit access to our products.
Currency & Payment
All prices are listed in USD. Canadian clients may request an invoice in CAD. Payment is due at the time of purchase unless other arrangements are agreed upon.
Semi-Custom Orders
Our semi-custom suites allow personalization of wording, colors, and select elements while preserving the essence of the design. Core design features must remain as intended.
After purchase, clients receive a contract and customization forms detailing allowable changes. Timely submission ensures a smooth design process.
Handmade Beauty & Variations
Many of our products are handmade or hand-assembled, including paper, wax seals, and embellishments. Each piece is a small work of art, and slight imperfections or variations are part of their charm.
Colors, textures, and finishes may differ slightly from what is seen on screen or from piece to piece.

Color & Design Disclaimers
Every screen displays colors differently, and handmade printing naturally varies.
Slight variations are expected and celebrated, they are part of what makes each suite uniquely yours.
Shipping & Mailing
Shipping is included for all invitation cards with add-ons, additional fees may incur if quantity or items are changed after purchase.
WLA is not responsible for postage costs, mailing delays, or damages caused by postal carriers.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate mailing addresses. WLA cannot guarantee delivery to recipients.
Timelines & Your Role
Suggested timelines reflect our usual process but depend on prompt feedback and complete submission of all required information.
Delays in providing addresses, approvals, or selections may extend production.
Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final.
Clients are responsible for errors in approved proofs, addresses, or wording.
Intellectual Property
All designs, images, and content created by WLA are the exclusive property of WLA.
Unauthorized use or reproduction of our designs is prohibited.
We may feature your completed suite on our website or social media to celebrate the beauty of your order.
WLA reserves the right to update these terms at any time; changes take effect immediately upon posting.
